Ride A Pet Map: Landmarks, Egg Areas & Routes

Navigate the Ride A Pet map using Sell and Track landmarks. Find the Giant Tree, waterfall cave, Grey Mountain, desert and volcano routes, then plan your return.

Guide updated October 2, 2026 · Evidence dates below

Start with the Sell and Track shops, then choose a landmark route below. This Ride A Pet map guide connects destinations to egg walkthroughs. Check the current Track list before leaving; a reported search area does not mean an egg is there now.

Choose a route from a recognizable starting point

Each card shows one reported connection. The cards do not join into a measured circuit, show map scale or establish a compass bearing.

A

Sell → Giant Tree

Use Sell as your starting landmark for the tree search. Practice reaching the upper sections and returning before taking an egg.

Tree checklist →
B

Track → river → waterfall

Use the river for orientation, then choose the cave checks or the separate stream-to-Grey-Mountain lead.

Cave and mountain notes →
C

Pyramid → pond → maze

The pond is a reported maze entrance. Learn its exit before a pickup; the rear mountain is a different Solaris lead.

D

Desert → water → volcano

Before collecting Volcanic, rehearse the cave’s upward exit and the separate journey from the island to your ranch.

Volcano navigation: learn the doorway and upward exit

The published approach uses the side cave, rather than the summit crater, to reach the Volcanic Egg. Our earlier review of Prism’s route at 0:11 ↗ covers entry and descent; the first exit at 0:40 ↗ shows the upward return.

Use the Volcanic route-memory diagrams to follow that cave sequence. They are not a complete world map. Camera-relative turns depend on the view; follow the actual openings rather than treating “right” as a compass direction. For the hatch goal, see how to try for Griffin.

Plan the way back before taking an egg

  1. Choose your target. Use the egg location index to match a named egg to its route.
  2. Prepare space and a controllable mount. Resolve basket or ranch capacity, then practice any climb or cave exit with your current pet.
  3. Rehearse the return. Learn which opening gets you outside and which path takes you to your own ranch. A route to the egg is only half the trip.
  4. After pickup, watch the displayed countdown. Stop searching other landmarks and follow your rehearsed path home. The volcano has separate cave hazards; do not apply one universal timer to every route.
  5. Finish the hatch. Place the egg, wait for Ready and use Hatch. See return help or the hatching checklist if the attempt stalls.

Ride A Pet map questions

Does this map show eggs currently in my server?

No. It organizes dated search areas and route evidence. Use the current Track list and the target’s own label; a map guide cannot reserve an egg.

Which destination should I try first?

Choose an egg you can find and successfully bring home with your current setup. The best-egg comparison separates goals such as highest reported Luck, learning a reliable run and hunting a specific pet.

Is there a fastest full-map search loop?

No measured circuit is established here. Practice one target’s route and return instead of assuming the card order is a speedrun.

Navigation sources and what was checked

The mainland and Solaris publications were reread October 2, 2026. Their original evidence dates remain September 17 and September 28. The volcano approach report is dated September 26; cave movement uses our previously reviewed September 27 footage. No new full-map playthrough, Solaris pickup, coordinate survey, live spawn feed or route-speed comparison was performed.

Desert sources name different Solaris stops, so their leads remain separate. Links and route cards help navigation; the precise target and availability still come from the current game.

Sources & version notes

Sources include cited publications and player observations where marked. Unchecked mechanics remain dated references. In-game labels take priority after an update.
